He’s “yelling” at himself. I don’t think you can appreciate how ludicrous this image is until you’ve seen American Psycho.

Apropos, people always look at me with the strange, quizzical “does he kill people in his spare time” look when I tell them my favorite scene in that movie (American Psycho).

The scene where he’s chasing the hooker around the apartment and through the hallway with the chainsaw, wearing only his tighty whiteys and asics all slimey with blood from the call girl he just split open in the bed before maniacally initiating one of the funniest chase scenes in recent memory. I laugh every time, or, at least, chuckle a bit.

Sometimes I scream “Come on, grroowww” towards the end of a hard lift =)

Sometimes me and some friends will just randomly scream “Light Weight!” and another will reply with “Yeah Buddy!” (In our best coleman voices) From the other side of the gym. It is always fun to fuck with the people who are at the gym to lift pink dumbells and jog a bit. Good thing the owner likes us…

any one bigger than me is on proteinoids. i dont need to take any carbs or protein stuff man, im natural. i dont have any videos or pictures because im not into that shit. i just train hard and dont have time for talking videos of my lifts, but i do have time to go on youtube all day and recite the above bullshit on every video that impresses me. after all, i’ve only been taining 5 months, imagine how strong i could be after training 8 months.

my cousin can rep every plate on the bench of his “joe weider set”. the plates are made out of real cement by the way. i gave it a try and i was able to lift 50 pounds over my head. he told me to enter some powerlifting meets and i told him that i needed 2 more months to be able to squat 600 pounds then i would enter one. my arms are 13 inches now, but i could get 20 inch arms if i wanted 20 inch arms, but i want to be functional because i play soccer and i kissed like 4 cheerleaders last month, so i dont need to be big.

im only 15 by the way and i can lift whatever you lift plus 1.

I’m not gonna lie, I do the “light weight” before I do a single, it does help motivate, although I don’t do it loud, but to myself, it works for me.
