Asymmetrical Physique (Need help)

Hey everyone! OK so my problem lies in not having symmetrical muscle, I’ve been lifting for about 3 years now, currently weighing in at 180 @ 12% bf. As my bf levels continue to drop as I prepare for my show I’ve been noticing huge muscular size differences with my right and left side of my back, and my right and left pec muscles.

Anterior view: Left pec full and muscular, can clearly see it popping off chest, Right pec is smaller in comparison and not as wide or full. My right trap is also smaller than my left trap…
Posterior: HUGE difference in muscular size of right lat vs left lat. My right lat is enormous and literally pops about 0.5 inches further off my back than my left lat (When I’m deadlifting I can def feel my right side do more work to compensate). Left calve muscle is about a whole inch smaller than right Calve…

Does anyone have advice on bringing up serious lacking bodyparts? I’m also wondering if there is a reason my muscles are growing asymmetrically? I utilize uni-lateral exercises and have also tried adding 1 extra set to the lacking body part side. Any advise or help would be appreciated.

I’ve seen this happen to alot of people, and it’s usually from training with barbells, since your stronger side will usually take over in the lift. To fix it i would recommend training primarily with dumbbells. like do dumbell benches instead of barbell to try and fix your pecs
