lots of assisstance stuff today, Chris Armes was doing all sorts of bench work so I just jumped in and did the same. Figured he’s a good bencher, maybe he knows what he’s doing. Squat PR, but an uglier rep than I would have liked, still counts. Benching wasn’t great, but after heavy squats that’s not unexpected.
