Had an uncommfortable feeling in both knees at the bottom of the squat, and my left feels a little tweaked, but nothing major. Because of that I slowed down in the hole instead of getting a bounce like in a comp. 455 was workman like, not easy but not a major fight either. Last heavy day until the meet is done.

230 → no lift, came up on my toes and lost it

BENCH
pulled my left peck at some point during the squats
130 → easy
140 → missed halfway up, felt light
140 → same story

DEADLIFT
255 → good lift
270 → pulled it, turned down 2 to 1
270 → no dice

not what I was hoping for, but some good things. I won my first best lifter award, sweet.

Peck felt a little tight so I used some linament on it, pretty decent benching hit a couple PRs so I was pleased.

felt pretty good warming up so I threw the belt on and repped out 405, I wanted 8 but my form started to break down so I called it at 6. Not sure if that was the right choice as I think I could have fought through 2 more.
