Assistance Question. Oh No I Didn't!!

I know it’s pretty much forbidden to talk about assistance, but im going to try anyway.

Will this work or is it to much shit? I have shpulder injury so i cant do standing presses.

Incline Bench BBB @ 60% superset chins 5x8
Seated rows 5x10-15
Lateral raises 3x10-15 superset Dumbbell curls 3x10-15

Tuesday
Deadlift 5/3/1
Squat BBB @ 60%
Back raises 3x10-15
Plank

Thursday
Incline bench 5/3/1
Chins 3x5
Bench BBB @ 60% superset chins 5x8
Facepulls 3x15-20
Cable curls 3x10-15 superset pushdowns 3x10-15

Friday
Squat 5/3/1
RDL BBB @ 50%
Leg curls 3x10-15
Crunches 3x10-15

I’d do the ab wheel instead of planks and swap crunches for the hanging leg raise.

Decided to just do the regular BBB template but skip BBB inclines cause of shoulder problems and change it to an extra row. Better?

Just a quick side note:
I have shoulder troubles too (dislocated my left shoulder four times, so it’s not the most stable any more), and I am using one-arm corner barbell press (lumberjack press) instead of OHP. Just thought that might be of interest to you.

(I also had to switch back squats with Zercher squats because back squats too are putting my shoulder in a position with a high risk for dislocation.)
