Waddup All!!! Any Diet Experts know how Aspartame effects Ketosis? Does it keep me out of Ketosis and pushes me farther away from Ketosis like sugar does? Is there a sweetener that doesn’t effect Ketosis? Anyone know if I can drink Crystal Light or Diet Coke and still maintain this FREAKIN HARD Fat Fast??? Thanks ALL!!!
Don’t know exactly how aspartame affects ketosis,all I know is everytime I have consumed it,it wreaked havoc in my gut,several others I know have reported the same thing-ditto for sodium saccharin,malitolol,sucralose etc.etc.Try stevia powder,stevia is a super sweet natural herb,and I’ve seen several positive comments in the Low-carb literature about it.Certainly doesn’t upset my stomach like the other stuff.
