Took bloods before taking test again and asat / alat came back high. Last year while beaing on test e 300mg/week ASAT was in normal range.
2 days before test i had hardcore leg training, could not walk for days . Could the elavation be cause of training ?
ASAT : 15-45 U/l = 84
ALAT: <45 U/l =49
GGT: 12-64 U/l = 17
Yes. For athletes, broken down muscle tissue shows up as liver enzymes. Mine are around 100 for years.
A really fucked liver shows close to a 1000. So unless its like 200-300 i dont think there is a reason to even discuss it.
Thank you
Was kinda panicing already.
Absolutely. @hankthetank89 already elaborated on this but I figured I would chime in.
@blshaw Hi mate, my ALT levels for liver is 53 which i think is showing elevated liver enzymes isnāt it? Is this similar to ALAT etc? So should this be concerning etc? Please let us know if possible?
I am not a expert but as i saw from myself, they can get elevated by training very hard. 2 weeks later they were in normal range for me.
Also it depends what were your numbers before and what are you using.
As I understand, that compounds that effect directly liver, rise the numbers, especially orals.
Itās barely out of range. For athletes / lifters is not concern. Add a 0 to the end and then you need to see a doc.
