Good questions. I do not consider repeating of CPL, but maybe I should.

My goal is to add as much muscle as I can in 6 weeks.

Only minus is, that maybe I would like to have some diversification in training.
Honestly I am a little bit bored of front squats.

However I strongly rely on you MarkKO, because you showed me this workout, and it’s working.

If you want a bit of variety and like working in six week blocks, you could always pick two programs you know work and alternating. For example, you’ve done CPL. You could definitely do another round, but if variety really is important to you you could run somehing like Six Weeks to Superhero (that’s off the top of my head another CT program I know of) and then run CPL again, then SWS, etc.

ok MarrKO , you convienced me. If something is working, there is no need to change it.

I will make a CPL as a core of my next training routine, nevertheless I will add some isolating exercise to “catch” some more muscle.

again visible strenght growth. I am very satisfied with results. 3x3 with 105 kg and I felt really comfortable with that.

I just also found out quite good yougurt, advertised as a Icelandic yogurt SKYR, high amount of protein, quite natural ingridients, good choice.

day-off,

unfortunattly I get kind of sickness… I hope will be better tomorrow. Unfortunatly today I feel really weak, I’ve checked the temperature of my body, 37,3 celciuss … nothing good.

I took a gingsen, garlic, honey, a lot of black tea and aspirine…

I stay in home all day long, so I decided to cook pulled beef. Taste perfect :wink:

There is a slight error in you kilo to pound conversion. It is something like 2.2 pounds to the kilo, so your pound weights are too low.

Front squat looks OK. Try staying more upright. CT has a video about using straps to have a semi clean grip, which IMO works brilliantly once you get used to it.
