Two days of training,
Day before yesterday legs workout, with upgrade of grip using straps.
I’ve got huge doms on legs…
Same story yesterday with chest, heavy, chest was burning :slight_smile:

Would be great to get from you any tip for 3 day per week strenght workout. MOstly I am focuse on running and preparing to the marathon…
