Hi guys…does anyone know if artificial sweeteners such as sucralose can cause stomach problems. I’ve been having bad problems .especially with gas and some bloating lately.Is to the point where its very ucomfortable… I am trying to pinpoint anything different or extremely abnormal in my diet. I noticed i use a good amout of plenda…espcially since oatmeal is basically my main carb source(small amounts of fruit,some fiber one cereal occasionally and Surge). i get around 3 cups a day and sweeten it with splenda. i also use products which contains sucralose. other than that its basically just some sugar free gum occasionaly as far as sweeteners go. Do these products have any negative effect on physique goals…or blood sugar levels…also I heard they make you hold water…any truth?..thanks, Mike
