I was wondering if any of you guys out there who have received either ART and/or Graston treatments in the past could give me some feedback on your experience and any input regarding which treatment is likely to produce better and faster results(or if they are both roughly equal in terms of positive outcome) when dealing with breakdown of scar tissue from overuse of certain muscles.
Obviously what you do on your own time can influence the outcome of the treatments, but I was curious as to which technique would be superior based solely on its own merits.
Thank you to any T-Nationers who can offer any input.

My chiro is certified in both and does both to me. I would really say that neither is better, they are different.
The best is to find someone that does both, so you can get the best treatment per situation.
I know that doesn’t really answer the question, sorry[/quote]
Where in Texas are you? I have been looking for a really good Chiro who has more techniques than just adjustments. If you don’t mind pm’ing me his information.
