My shoulder has been popping when I do pullups and it is associated with pain. Its mainly painful on the lowering part of the pullup towards the end. Other than that excercise, it is not painful but does pop minorly. I’m thinking that it was caused when I was doing some bench presses and flared my elbow out too far and I experienced a painful popping sound around my shoulder and pectoral insertion. Could I go to an ART practioneer and have them heal and strengthen the connective tissues or would this require something like prolotherapy? It has been over a month since the injury and I can now do 3 pullups with no extreme popping or pain but I still feel that it is too weak and am starting to get really fucking pissed. I was doing up to 34 on a good day and improving greatly till this stupid injury.
