Tigger, 12.5iu with 200mg/ml is 25mg.
I believe you were using 75mg per week of cyp, correct ?
If you are using 12.5 three times per week you are getting
the same 75mg per week on a M-W-F schedule.
If you are going to daily injection, you would be only using 6.25iu
per day.
To cut it, you need a STERILE 20ml vial
Sterile injection oil (cottonseed or grapeseed)
2 20ml syringes with an 18g needles
A spare 18g needle
Swab both vials with alcohol
Inject the vial with the test p with 10ml of air
Draw up all of your test into that syringe
Take your 20ml vial, put the 18g needle in it. (Provides ventilation)
In that 20ml STERILE vial, inject existing test with the 20ml syringe
Leave the ventilation needle in place
With your second 20ml syringe, inject 10ml air into sterile oil
Draw up 10ml sterile oil into 20ml syringe
Inject the 10ml into the 20ml vial
Remove the ventilation needle and you are done.

I would imagine your instructions are only for a vial I have not used any of yet, correct?

I have been using the 200mg/ml Prop at 7iu per day. I just got the 100mg/ml today, so I will try it at the 12.5 level and see if the nodules go away. When would you get the test and estradiol checked since I am doing daily Prop shots and every other day 1/4 pill of Aromasin? Again, thanks for all your help.
It is Friday and I did my first inject with the 100mg/ml Prop. I noticed two things. One, it took longer to draw the med than the 200mg version. It seems the 200mg had a thinner viscosity for some reason. Also, the injection did not hurt nor cause the nodules the 200mg had. So, we will see how it goes. Thanks!
I always say 2 weeks on a new protocol before testing,
but since your dose is very close to the old one
14mg v 12.5mg your results should be similar to right now.
I’d still give it two weeks before a retest.
The major difference you should feel is the lack of nodules / inflammation.
On the viscosity:
The 200mg/ml required more alcohol to dissolve that much T prop.
The more alcohol, the more inflammation.
The 100mg/ml will be thicker as it has less alcohol.
Outside of that, how have you felt ? Libido, mood, erection strength, energy ?

You are correct. I have less inflammation with the 100ml/ml. Libido seems to be fine, erection strength is still pretty poor, but that might be the diabetes. Energy is better as well. I am not sure the Aromasin is keeping the estradiol down or not. I will have some labwork done in a few weeks to see what the levels are. As you said, the 100mg Prop is thicker and it takes a little while to draw, but it is a lot better than the 200mg with the nodules it created. So, thanks! I know KSMAN said my estradiol numbers were still high on my last labs. I was taking a quarter tablet EOD. We will see. Thank all of you for your help!

Aromasin will take a little time to get you in balance.
Remember, Adex worked so fast because it crashed you. For those where Adex works
its a slower process, just like Aromasin is slow now. Bloodwork will
point you in the right direction, but your erection quality will also guide you.

One thing that is happening is that I am putting on weight, 15lbs. I am not sure if it is the Hormone Therapy or the Lantus insulin causing that. Any ideas? Thanks! Also, do you know of a lab where I can get just the testosterone and estradiol checked at a reasonable cost?

I gained weight too when I first started injections. Looking back, I thought it was
a license to eat more thinking I would add muscle due to the additional T.
But again, your Type 1 situation could be the culprit. Do you weight train/exercise ?

How can you tell when your estradiol is right? Is a blood test the only way? Thanks!
I go by the way I feel.
Outlook on life, energy, libido, erection quality, and urinary flow.
The best indicator though is night and morning wood.
If you e2 is too low or high, you won’t have night or morning wood ime.
Right now you are getting dialed in.
Run your protocol for two weeks and get tested.
Post the numbers, and keep a notebook, spread sheet what ever of how you feel daily.
Once you have the numbers, and notes on how you are feeling, adjustments can be made
up or down with the Aromasin.
If for some reason you feel great and everything falls into place, make every effort
to get tested that day, or the next. Some guys feel great with e2 @20 and some 25 30 32 etc.
It’s not a one size fits all equation.
