^^ Ha, that’s a good way of putting it.
Yeah, that’s why I’d be happier if more people had pics in their profile just so when some guy asks if walking 45 minutes a day will cause catabolism or if fruit will ruin his physique we can just look at the pic and tell the guy to not worry about anything.
You don’t even need pics. Everyone that asks that doesn’t have anything worth showing.

Yeah lean but not dehyrdated. Doing there thing. I completely agree.

I do believe many share your sentiment Nards, atleast I do. To be honest I think Bodybuilders
look better off the stage without trunks, tan etc. I think actually the entire stage setting with the lights and all is unflattering to their bodys IMO.
One thing I find great thinking about Arnold is how he started making movies when he was in his late 20s…with Conan coming out when he was already 35…and that’s the movie that I consider the beginning of his movie career.
When he was at his best in movies he was already in his 40s.
What I mean is that it’s great that he wasn’t exactly young when he was at his best in movies. I think if you show people Conan the Barbarian most would even say he was in his early 20s when he made it, he just looked that young I think.
I mean when I saw Total Recall in the theater at age 17 I wanted to look like him so bad…I didn’t now I was admiring a guy that was 43. Not that 43 is old, but I just saw him like many do, as muscles and accent. His physique destroyed any thoughts about his age.
Well, until recently that is. I’m one of Arnold’s fans that thinks he shouldn’t make any more movies.

If he looked like Sly or something I would say sure make a few more action type movies but he needs to make way a bit. I didn’t find him believable in Expendables 2. I found him comedic at best. I love his movies and would hate to see him …beating a dead horse.

He won a body building show while eating a less than adequate diet, having hardly any exercise equipment, creating his own exercises/program, doing excessive amounts of cardio and hardly sleeping. Yep legendary and pretty much a freak. Have to admire him for it though.
Exactly. Now you have 145lbs grown men who think if they do cardio on an empty stomach they can’t get big, or if they eat carbs before bed they will get fat, or they can’t workout unless they have all these fancy supplements.
Hard work > everything else
But those 145 lb men didn’t start taking dianabol at 14 years old.
