Pick up a copy of his old autobiography, “Arnold” The Education of a Bodybuilder".
It’s a great overview of his life and intense drive to succeed.
He was looking pretty decent for his first ever show considering the tools he had at his disposal! And also training after 20 miles of marching each day! Oh and how it was only after his first show he was actually consuming meat sources!
Arnold is the freekin man!!

With how inspiring that video was, I’ll definitely look into more on his life. That hunger he’s always had to be on top in anything he wanted to do is one of a kind.
