Arnold Classic: As i see it!

Who the fuck is that guy hosting with the oily hair? What a weird motherfucker… “what are you going to do with the straps?” Lol[/quote]

Awkward guy.

Heath for 1st place if you ask me.

Honestly, after I saw Dex I didn’t see how anyone could come in more shredded…until I saw Phil. And Branch is the grainiest dude on earth. Should be a close one, but I don’t think this year belongs to Kai.

haha dat boy poundstone is a playa. Proposing at the arnold?

Dex in 4th!

Shiiiit!

KAI…

WOW, Kai wins again!

KAI, 'nuff said.

Kai wins again, I think Heath got robbed.

Kai takes it

If I would’ve been a judge, it would have been impossible for me to decide it. They are sooo close, and their physiques are really different. Phil Heath lacks some back width, but as for the legs, I think he was the best; the detail on the quarter turns was the highest.

Edit: besides Phil is young and already placing really high, imagine what the years can do to his maturity.

Thought Heath had it, but I’m a huge Kai fan so I guess that makes me happy =p.

i’ve got a good eye, what can i say. Dexter is amazing, sharp as a razor but he’s stayed the same and these guys are getting better and better.

Phil is amazing, he’s just not the total package of a Kai Greene.

Branch is a monster, just not as pretty.

Kai is a wonderful representation of the thoughtfulness we all put into our training, we are not meat heads.

KICK ASS INC. Kai Greene full steam ahead!!!

I feel like the judges are forcing Phil to “pay his dues” so to speak with plans to give him some wins in the future but I think he deserves to win now.

i don’t think it’s about paying dues, it’s about not looking as good when standing next to big, conditioned wide guys. Phil is amazing but i just don’t see the “magic” some of you phil fans do. that said, i recognize that the same thought process can be said about my preference for Mr. Greene.

the only differentiating factor is that i’m correct and you guys are blind and nuts!

Kai is bigger. Heath was more conditioned, more aesthetic and still very, very big. That’s why I thought he’d take it.

I will admit that you called Kai winning it. The Dexter for 2nd place prediction, not so much lol

Just watched some of the pictures, (for some reason I can’t view the webcasts as they keep reloading every few minutes) and it seems to me that its between Kai and Phil. Kai and Phil just blows dexter and branch in the back double bicep pose IMO. There is just something lacking in Branch’s back and dexter is on the smaller side.

Personally, I think that dexter and branch are going to have a tough time keeping up in the bodybuilding top spot from here on out. A conditioned Kai and Phil will just about dominate the scene. Not to mention if Victor and Wolf comes in conditioned, the four of them are the future IMO.

more aesthetic is a tricky phrase. more classic looking, yes, but like art maybe the masses like Monet wherein Kai is a Picasso. the masses “the ideal” shifts and Picasso is more what’s in vogue. personally, i just think Kai is cool and crazy to look at. he pulls off the freaky thing while remaining pleasing to look at.

some guys get freaky big but lose the conditioning or just look weird or off, Kai balances that dichotomy w/ flair.

yeah, i think dexter looks great and thought based on his history he’d take second. Dexter is a car standing still on a busy highway though. Phil is awesome just not as awesome.

Victor aint the future. I wouldn’t be surprised if he retires soon, assuming he doesnt win the O.

Thats just biased. I’m pretty confident that Victor will bring something good to the stage this year

Lol, Wolf is a nonfactor. I said that before the 2009 O, and that showing sure as hell didn’t change my opinion of Wolf.
