I am starting a new workout routine and was browsing some of your articles in hopes of finding a suitable one for me. Since my arms seem to be falling behind at this stage I found your “Armed for Combat” routine very interesting. However I don’t want to neglect my other muscle groups. My question to you is, what workout would be fitting to complement your AFC routine and how should I distribute it during the 12 weeks of its duration.
