And grip training.

I read that German 85 kg class arm wrestling champion had 18 inch forearm.

Flies would probably help with arm wrestling.

Technique go to the gripboard.com they have a whole section on arm wrestling and can get you a good routine-Technique is very important though-

1# armwrestling, you gotta do it, as often as you can recover from.

Now as far as excercises that help arm wrestling:
Wrist curls
hammer curls
barbell curls
grip training

Chest shoulders and back also play a role but you probably have that covered in your normal training program.

That rotator cuff exercise lying on your side which simulates arm wrestle movement is important for shoulder health and also gives you additional strength.
