Deb, you crack my ass up! My upper body has always been my strong point tho, I’ve been overcoming the lower body strength of a 12 year old for a couple years now. (id say it’s worthy of a 14year old at this point.)

Wow, ladies! I am impressed! Even with my few months of training I can feel a real difference in the firmness of my arms. I still have the layer of adipose tissue (ain’t that sooo much prettier than FAT???) covering them up. Now that I am in a pretty good routine, strict, clean eating is next on the agenda.
I’d be curious to see a similar calf thread, only because mine suck. Who does do direct calf work? I’ve been told it’s unnecessary but, uh, apparently that’s not the case.
