The other day the water delivery guy at my office was walking into the break room while I was getting water for tea and he said, “whoa do you work out? Your biceps are bigger than mine!”
Funny…they’re not that big obviously. But they do look nice and defined.
meh, I wouldn’t worry about it. Mine don’t measure very big but because I’m so lean, they give the impression of being big. Yours are probably similar since we’re close in size.
Yeah don’t worry about it. I was just more curious what the average was and it seems that everyone who is around the same weight is pretty much the same.
I hear you. I’m not worried but I do need to work on them, I tend to neglect direct arm work.
The most specific I get is chins and dips. I don’t know, if I’m not doing big movements I just am bored. I do have to work on my calves and rear delts though as they noticeably suck.

To tell you the truth I don’t do that much direct arm work. I do BB curls but I don’t even do that every week though I am fairly consistant with my triceps. I find alot of my other weighted exercises hits them pretty well.
Height is also a critical factor as it determined the size of the muscle belly. A shorter individual will have a better peaking bicep than a tall person just due to the length of the muscle, Thats why you see so few 6 foot tall bodybuilders. A tall person has to gain significantly more weight to look muscular, than a short person.
Having said that, I have found that once I started benching heavy, 135+, at least twice a week, that’s when my arms started growing. Not from doing curls.
Oh, and note my member rating - it’s zero; meaning I don’t use any supplements.

just under 10" unflexed
11.5 flexed
5’4.5
138 lbs
I’m guessing my bodyfat at 14% but who knows. Last time measured I was 12" so they have gotten smaller but they look better now leaner I think. Mostly the shoulder and tricep definition.
I have a really small frame (wrists are less than 5 1/4 inches) and I think it makes them look bigger. I don’t really want them bigger, or rather I’m not training to get them bigger–I think I’d prefer bigger shoulders.

Here’s the picture of mine. So far it’s the smallest. Look at the bicept peak though
jesus Jules you’ve put some size on those gunz since April!
Thanks D but they’re still only 11". That’s great if you’re talking dick, not so much for arms. I don’t think mine will ever be huge because I’m so long limbed. It’s all good though because I can still lift heavy shit regardless.
