looks like you need to strip 3 inches of fat off those arms…
Agreed. You’re so proud about your 18 inch arms that are covered in bacon. Listen, if you were to drop down to a level of leanness which allowed you to display even a degree of muscularity, your arms would most likely be around 14-15 inches from the looks of it.
That was my sentiment exactly.
I see fat bitches at BK with 18" arms, big fucking deal.
Just looked at your profile and credit to you that you have a decent base… and look good. – altho you are 3 years older than me.
As for me it’s just as well then that withthin the next year I guarantee that I will have over 20" and maybe 21" arms…
I’m going to get so big and strong, that by the time the day comes that I need to cut, I will be in NO DOUBT, that I will have an amazing physique under there for the time the fat needs to come off.
You can do things your way, and try and stay lean and slowly work up, and not be able to take advantage of the benefits of increased weight ---- growth of structure, bone, e.t.c to accomodate for the extra weight, increased strength from better leverages and shorter ROM e.t.c not to mention enjoyment of eating food…
and I will do things my way.
And maybe in another 3 years we can check on how we are both doing?
I can guarantee to you all in this thread that I will have arms over 20" within the next year
I WILL bench press over 400lbs within the next year
I WILL deadlift over 650lbs within the next year
I WILL Squat over 600lbs within the next year
so that will be by 31/10/2011 and you are all welcome to hold me to those things…
Best of luck man… we will see which approach is best in a few years.

You are aware of course that you may just be starting off from a better strength level than most people, but then may possibly hit your limit quickly right? Might want to reel in that ego a bit. Sure some people were rubbed the wrong way by your thread, simply because you did come across as an arrogant jerk. If you have indeed only been training as long as you claim, then there may not have been much actual ‘progress’, merely a display of your natural strength levels. The videos seem to support your claimed lifting stats, but unless you can actually produce physical evidence of progress, no one in a bodybuilding forum will be very impressed. Keep the ego in check a bit. Chi-Town has certainly walked the walk, and you might want to try more than a couple of steps yourself before you start making such bold statements.
