Oi, you cheeky c**t!

You know the US isn’t exactly renowned for its paragons of dietary excellence either.

450 lbs squat is bad ass big man, keep it up.

But when I look at love from 'X to you, I think that you are allready alpha cell member

This guy is like the strongman version of Celtics in the way he’s posting. It’s like deja vu.

congrats on the amazing progress so far=)

Exactly what I was thinking.

I knew he was going to come up.

You know it really is too bad about Celtics. Kid could totally go places in this sport with his genetics. He is just going to need to have people around him that are trust worthy, because his utter lack of social skills are going to ruin him.

But yeah, barring any major injury the kid should look pretty amazing in a couple years. And OP should be setting records pretty soon too.

Take comfort, eventually you will get to the point where you can’t read them as a result and the progression will stop.

To the op at the start I thought you came across as a bit of a tool but that comes down to your age and the way you expressed yourself but props to the way you have held yourself through out the thread and congrats on lifts that you currently have.

Keep up the good work and I look forward to tracking your progress over the months/years that you are on this site.

Agreed. You’re so proud about your 18 inch arms that are covered in bacon. Listen, if you were to drop down to a level of leanness which allowed you to display even a degree of muscularity, your arms would most likely be around 14-15 inches from the looks of it.[/quote]

That was my sentiment exactly.

I see fat bitches at BK with 18" arms, big fucking deal.

Just looked at your profile and credit to you that you have a decent base… and look good. – altho you are 3 years older than me.

As for me it’s just as well then that withthin the next year I guarantee that I will have over 20" and maybe 21" arms…

I’m going to get so big and strong, that by the time the day comes that I need to cut, I will be in NO DOUBT, that I will have an amazing physique under there for the time the fat needs to come off.

You can do things your way, and try and stay lean and slowly work up, and not be able to take advantage of the benefits of increased weight ---- growth of structure, bone, e.t.c to accomodate for the extra weight, increased strength from better leverages and shorter ROM e.t.c not to mention enjoyment of eating food…

and I will do things my way.

And maybe in another 3 years we can check on how we are both doing?

I can guarantee to you all in this thread that I will have arms over 20" within the next year
I WILL bench press over 400lbs within the next year
I WILL deadlift over 650lbs within the next year
I WILL Squat over 600lbs within the next year

so that will be by 31/10/2011 and you are all welcome to hold me to those things…

Best of luck man… we will see which approach is best in a few years.

you are a fucking psycho, dude!!!

I hope you stay on the forums in some way shape or form durring this time so we can see the progress I’m really interested and im sure alot of others are to see how you go.

Best of luck

You are aware of course that you may just be starting off from a better strength level than most people, but then may possibly hit your limit quickly right? Might want to reel in that ego a bit. Sure some people were rubbed the wrong way by your thread, simply because you did come across as an arrogant jerk. If you have indeed only been training as long as you claim, then there may not have been much actual ‘progress’, merely a display of your natural strength levels. The videos seem to support your claimed lifting stats, but unless you can actually produce physical evidence of progress, no one in a bodybuilding forum will be very impressed. Keep the ego in check a bit. Chi-Town has certainly walked the walk, and you might want to try more than a couple of steps yourself before you start making such bold statements.
