Feels like I am missing something. any suggestions?

You only took PI to 7 decimal places. I was wondering how you make any progress with such sloppy precision?
I have to leave room for variety. My scale isn’t that accurate. I’d like to go to 12 decimal places, but I have to wait and buy a good one with my Braniff miles a little later.
Bodypart splits are the only thing that works for hypertrophy unless you’re under 5’8 tall, in which case any type of training will give you a “muscular” appearance.

Ah, so you found your way in here, too.
Time to let the thread die

Or if you are part of the master race. Then you don’t even need to train.
Because I can go back through and quote probably a dozen times (you most of the time) in this thread where everyone more than implies it. Things like, “Why is it TBT guys tend to be so small and week.”
THEY ARE. Let’s poll them right now.
Everyone who uses TBT post your stats.
Then, everyone who trained with splits post their’s.
We can clear this up real quick.
You ask for a list of people and I try to start naming some. Not body builders, but guys who’ve put on a ton more muscle and size than you doing the very thing you claim is stupid.
How do you know how much size I’ve put on?
6’5 230 lbs
started on full body(3 days per week) and stayed on it for about 3-4 months. then moved to upper lower split(3 days per week).
now i will be doing a bodypart split (4 or 5 days a week)
