Just wondering from people who have possibly used them on a regular basis… I’m kind of Nursing a somewhat nagging hip injury and looking to try to keep up conditioning since a lot of the bread-and-butter options aren’t really available. I can currently do some circuit exercises that don’t really affect my hip like glute/hamstring exercises and kettlebell carries, but trying to get another couple of options as well
I mostly just feel it in my arms tbh.
mostly arms and shoulders, tread carefully they can put some miles on your shoulders in a bad way in a very short amount of time
