What equipment makes up your home gym? Cage, plates, 2 bars, adjustable bench, ab wheel, and…?

@phlegms: Duuuude, I’m far from strong and stuff lol. Just trying to get a little bit better everyday.

@ink: In addition to what you’ve mentioned, I’ve got me some bands and a DD attachment so I can do T-bar rows. You don’t really need much else, especially with PL in mind. If anything I’ll probably get an oly DB handle. Have you checked out the article on EFS about garage gyms? It’s definitely worth taking a look at. Oh yeah, bands for sure, got them. Chains, that’s something I’ll be looking into at some point as well. I think I’ve seen that article a while back, but it’s a good refresher. Thanks BRAH!

Dude, I remember that I read that article when I was first looking at getting stuff for my house, but before it could become a reality. Now that I read it, I’m like “Oh, no shit!” for equipment and exercises. Thanks again.

Nice squatting dude. Those last 3 reps, when you start to SLIGHTLY pitch forward, drop your elbows back down and you’ll straighten right up.

And god damnit, do I get pissed off when some mother fucker grabs weights on the rack in the middle of a set. RAGE!!!

Thankfully I was too focused on the squatting to care.

LOL. I’m going to go with bright lights reflecting off dark hair.

That skwatttting venue didn’t look near dingy or dungeon like enough for you to be skwatttting in. I’m surprised you could even get the reps in with all that bright light!

I had the amazing privilege to lift with bug today. Words can not describe how it went.

Didn’t write anything down, so gonna go by ze mammory.

Seated pressing is different from standing obvi. Was a little awkward but was expecting it to be so. Hit the uprights a few times due to my habit of getting the bar over my head. Elbows felt a bit weird doing these.

Triset uno (BTN press–>seated front raises–>seated laterals)

Geezus, had to use both hands to drink mah bottle.

Triset dos (partial laterals–>lateral-ish movement–>sergio oliva victory pose thingamabobber)

After each rep rested the bar on pins before resuming. Held and squeezed dem trapz.

A few sets of standing calves b/c bug is the master of buidling dem heffers.

You chose the right session to join bug as you both excel in the shoulder strength department! Casually overhead pressing my middle set of bench… fml. Great work on the squats too… I’m the one who has to catch up there, but I’ll keep plugging away with my fronties :wink:

Just got home, woot! About to compile the video footage and update my log.

We def had a good session. The gym was annoyingly crowded which made us have to change up exercise selection on a few things but it was all good.

Back on Monday sir?
