Really solid set with 185 buddy. Very explosive. Looked like you had 2 more in the tank for sure! Sorry about the miss with 215, but that is a serious weight to be strict pressing. I have no doubt you will get it soon enough though the way you’ve been progressing. Also digging the assistance work. You really lit up those delts. Have a good weekend, and looking forward to what next week will bring!

Same here, when it comes to OHPs. Next time don’t jump 30#s and you’ll get it. Single 185, single 205, then get 215.

That is some solid pressing aqua;) As for off the chest strenght, we’re in the same boat. I’ve been adviced to do more db pressing. Is this something you regularly do in your routine?

@whatever2k: I appreciate it :slight_smile: I don’t do any DB pressing regularly. I can count the number of times I have with one hand. I’ll definitely consider it, but I’m hoping improving my back strength will help. Seeing as my back is full of weak sauce.
