Clean looking quite sessi really. Nothing majorly wrong at all, you seem to cut the first pull a bit short and not fully triple extend (ie. after you bring the bar off the floor up to waist level, just before you pull under it into a front squat). So to avoid this focus on really having your hips brought fully through before you start to dive under the bar to start the second pull. Do this with a light weight where you focus on bringing the hips through and sort of bump the bar with your hips before you start your second pull. Over exaggerate this at a lighter weight to get a feel for the position, it will be less pronounced when you go heavier. You could also do with staying tighter in the hole once you have the bar in the bottom squat clean position. But there are minor little tweaks. Solid lifting mayne!

Feedback is perfectly fine. I don’t quite see the caving myself, but that’s not to say I can’t pay attention to it more and work on it.

Yeah its not drastic caving, but the initial drive out the hole you can see your knees shoot inward but you quickly catch and correct them.

In other news, it’s now summer vacation. But that’s not to say I’ll be sitting around doing nothing. In fact this summer looks like it’ll be quite busy. Given that I’ll probably be making a shift to a more conventional eating modality and will have to give some thought as to how I’ll tailor my training to my schedule.
