I’m talking about the part before you get down and grab the bar. I simply thought it looked funny and tried to make a joke about it. Obviously I failed horribly.
haha gotcha.

I feel you on the backside concerns of the snatch deads. I worked up to mid 3’s with it for a few sets and my hamstrings were dead the next day. My back was fine, but I think that’s just cause my back is too strong for the rest of me
Must be nice being so big and strong…
I’ll let you know what it feels like once I actually get there
use it everywhere. it hurts, but then you feel better. check mwod for ideas
Thanks man!
I just realized I have some of these, but not from Rogue. Mwod is a great place. So far I think my heel cord needs some love and attention.
The heel cord one was the one that was super for me. Due to all the running in ROTC, it’s all kinds of jacked up, so getting the junk out had a huge effect.

You’ve been very quiet lately dood. How are you planning your workouts lately?
Busy student is busy student lol.
Right now I’m kinda sorta trying my hand at block. I basically have my weights all planned and just go in and do them. It’s a welcome break since at the moment I don’t feel like thinking about training.
Ultimately I’m just trying to find a way of training that I really enjoy and that really works. So far I know I like more of a total body training session wherein I do some upper body lift and lower body lift (squat n press, pull n press, etc.)
I also like having most of my body worked out each session, combining upper and lower has worked very well for me and it’s fun. And I’ve also been studying block and more of the science behind weightlifting for a couple months now… It’s been very rewarding. Although I find the opposite to you and I now think about stuff more than ever lol.
