Nice deadlift PR dude!
Son of a bitch! Way to grind it out and PWN that shit man! Post that in the 500DL race thread, mah dude!
Nice job man.
Good job dude. Looked better than my pull
Oh daym. So just when I’m thinking “well at least I aqua by a bit on the ol’ deadlift” you come within 7 pounds of my PR. I’m going to have to nail that 484 soon, dis is embarrasings.
Good work.
Thanks guys. I’m quite happy with the PR, but as always there is A LOT of room for improvement.
Thursday 11/17/11
Back is supa sore so lots of foam/baseball rolling. Did a bunch of inverted rows. They torched the upper back quite well. Also did some pull ups and pendlay rows. Needz me a stronger back. Bleh now I need to try and actually study for an exam tomorrow.
Nice deadlift man! Good to see you pull through where a lot of people would have given up. Our deadlifts are so close we have to be racing to 500lbs! Would say 5 plates a side but would give me too much of an advantage being that I’m working with Kg an I don’t need the help
haha

Ha, we’ll see… if I gain weight I should fly past 500 but it’s not as steady as I’d like at the moment. Had to google maps sittingbourne! Wow your super-south, practically in the sea! I’m based in Leeds dude! Ha. But it’s cool to have another serious UK lifter on here… always good stuff

Maybe hold back on gaining the weight then yh lol. Ahh I was up Leeds a couple weeks ago, feels like the north pole up there! Freezing but a good time ![]()
Yh sorry for the hijack aqua
Thanks jake. No worries about the mini hijack guize.
Squat
Monday 11/21/11
Split squats, band dislocates, and band shoulder tornadoes to get the shoulders and hip flexors loose.
Squat
warm ups
1x365, 385, 405 PR 20lbs
405 wasn’t quite as pretty as I would’ve liked but w/e. The first set I put a belt on was holy shit, my head felt like it was gonna burst. Bleh, I need to get my elbows down.
Finished off with 3 rounds of an ab circuit (ab wheel, dragon flags, standing band crunches).
Happy to finally get a 405 squat. I’ll probably test out my bench on Wednesday, pig out, then get a start on RTS. I iz so excite.
Nice butt.
I mean calves.
I mean squat. Way to beast that mofo.
pretty?!? If there were pretty weights, I’d fuck 'em. Nice PR.
Solid squatting, it looked like ez-monies!
Sweet PR! 405/4 plates must be very satisfiying… if I do end up up 5/3/1ing it anytime soon… that will be my medium term goal ![]()
