The 265x3 CGBP set didn’t look too horribly fugly to me. Putting up such awesome numbers like that close grip is getting my jelly glands moist. (That sounded way less weird in my head…)

Tell your CGBP to go fuck itself. It wanted you to quit on the first rep. The fucker…:stuck_out_tongue:

Awh man, if your pressing gets much better it will be up there with your squat! Strong stuff! & I know your putting in work in every lift. So unless you stop squatting it shouldn’t actually happen… lol

Good session even though nutrition was iffy going in. Happy with 315x3, which is 10lbs from last session.

Damn, guess you don’t have to worry about the bench taking over the squat quite yet… 315 on the bar must have felt good man… your depth/form is good stuff

@ink: I can’t say that I like high bar over low bar, or that I’ve really compared the two. But there is definitely a difference b/w the two. Right now I’m liking the high bar, but in a few weeks I’ll probably be doing more low bar squats.

Haha well those boxes are the result of moving and laziness and no room in the house. I’m pretty sure there are some xmas decorations in a few of them boxes.

All back work was done with a nice squeeze at contraction.

Decent session. Decided to see how it would go with any rowing variations. I will definitely be adding some rowz next week.
