Sorry, it just gets tiring seeing people with no evidence they know anything about nipple training giving out advice. With this advice I’d at least expect some pepperoni sized nipples.

Haha, fill out… you look good to me. I am 6’6" and have a weird body type, which makes it even harder to fill out. How much do you weigh? I am sitting around 225 now.
