This is me today. Since the last photo shoot, I have probably lost a few kg’s as I have been busy training for the soccer season. I have recently started to watch my diet and doing a modified version of lean gains, so hopefully by next photo shoot I will have something to show for it.

Haha, fill out… you look good to me. I am 6’6" and have a weird body type, which makes it even harder to fill out. How much do you weigh? I am sitting around 225 now.
