Well there are a dozen approaches:

Westside for nippleless bastards or a standard WSB template with NE( Nipple-effort )days instead of DE days.

5/3/1 with the boring nipple template.

CTs HP-Nipple program, or you can try his older "INipple"

You also have Waterburys “Total Nipple training” or his " the anti-nipple-training program"

Finaly you have JM`s Mountain Nipple articles from a few years back, I hear they have become very popular in the forums lately, also dont forget to check out the “reactive nipple pump” training and the new supp “Nipple Plazma”

Remember that no bodybuilder have ever gained more than 1 pound of nipple without the help of steriods, so if you allready have gained that amount, then I would advice you to cut instead and show off your delicious nipples.

Hope that was helpfull.

Nice man!!! How tall are you again?
Thanks, I’m 6’5".

Still trying to fill out, haha.
Haha, fill out… you look good to me. I am 6’6" and have a weird body type, which makes it even harder to fill out. How much do you weigh? I am sitting around 225 now.
Thanks, man. I weigh about 230. I think I’d be really happy with a leaner 240 and I think I can still get there, just going to take some time now that I’m training seriously again.

6’6" it’s going to be even tougher for you. Don’t mean to be a downer, but I feel like every inch is exponentially worse when it comes to physique goals, haha. I always laughed when I saw guys who were 6’1 saying how tall they are, probably the same way thethirdruffian laughs at us when we say how tall we are (pretty sure he’s 6’10").

Yeah, I have come to realize that. I love being tall sports wise and in life in general. For lifting, it does have its disadvantages. If you don’t mind me asking, how do you train? And how long have you trained? I have been at it for a little over 2 years.

Where does this limit come from? Claiming some arbitrary nipple gains as limits for everyone ignores the differences between races. It’s bad science.

I’ve known basketball players who ate nothing but McDonald’s with bigger nipples than most here.

What about the guy above? His nipples are bigger than most. Are you claiming these gains aren’t possible without steroids?

It just seems the latest trend here is for some to parrot certain gurus.

Lately I’ve been doing everything with 20 reps. I initially bulked up to a soft 285 keeping in the 10-12 rep range. I gained about 100 pounds over 3 years, then after my son was born I was basically maintaining around 240 pounds and wasn’t training seriously for a few years, only getting to the gym a couple times a week. Now I’m back at it. So I’ve been lifting for 6 years, 3 of them serious. I do most of the standard bodybuilding exercises, so nothing surprising there.

I like to think I lost some muscle from when I was 285, but I was probably just fatter than I wanted to believe.

Listen Lanky I have degree in mammography and I wrote my thesis under a big name in the industry and who also used to write articles here. I have also followed the sport of nipple-building for 15+ years AND its just not me that says this, many guys with PHDs in the field says this and it is their claims I am basing this on.

Some of this guys are:

DR Layne Nippleson.
Moshe Nipplestein.
Ibrahim ibn Nipplim.

and I can list many more.

The point here is that they have looked at all the nipple-builders that have competed in the last 50 years and none, I repeat NONE( as in zero, nada, nothing, the anti-thesis of existence ) have exceeded 1pound of nipple growth. What are your credentials or better yet scientific findings to counter their claim?

But then again what do I know, I am after all a average joe who just happened to have a degree in mammography.

EDIT.

Regarding the guy in the pic you posted: He clearly has a high Nipple BF %, My educated estimation is 25% aka what we in the health bizz would classify as obese. In contest condition his nipples would be alot smaller obviously. I guess he might have gained 0.80lb wich is very good btw.

Oh okay, well thanks for the info. Sorry about all the questions but I like to hear how people my height train. So you’re just running a bodybuilding split. I have run 5/3/1 for most of my training career. Would you care to post your number, for SQ, B, and DL? Thanks again for all the info!!!

I stopped doing all of those exercises fairly early on. I use dumbbells for my pressing and leg presses over squats.

I feel dumbbells a lot more in my pecs and they don’t bother my shoulder like BB bench pressing, but my chest is my weakest body part so I probably wouldn’t listen to me on that one.

K UHGG I am posting a picture!!

I know I am no where lean like losta folk here, but I am working on it! I started trying to lose weight early on in march, and I am down about 9 pounds so far. Looking to lose another 10+ more.
Sitting at 141lbs today, wanna be between 125-130!!

This thread got really hilarious really quickly. Applause all around!

And Spock nice work! Also really great job posting a pic up for people to see your progress without getting all nervous crazy about it! That’s mental and confidence progress too I guess lol.
