My front squat is strong because I learned front squat before back squat, and I have always worked it more.

Cut down from 72kgs (158lbs) to 67kgs (147lbs). Would like to stay this lean while improving my numbers in the Clean, Snatch, CGBP, Front Squat and Deadlift. Current numbers are;
Clean - 85kg
Snatch - 62.5kg
CGBP - 100kg
Front Squat - 110kg
Deadlift - 170kg

anyways, the whole point was that I could beat coyotegal, but it took me 3 tries and I had to belt up for the 3rd. Thus, holy shit at your front squat, especially considering that I have 50+ pounds on you.

Thanks dude. I have considered it but I cant bench heavy any wider than shoulder width because of a dodgy rotator cuff. Currently running 5/3/1 on CGBP and doing some wide grip speed work at 50% of my 1RM.

I feel it’s a fairly good goal for me considering i’m only 21 and been training 3 years.
