On jsdool’s advice I’m making a new topic.
This is similar to his spreadsheet for the 5/3/1 program. The 1st sheet shows you the parameters with calculated weights for each % (40/50/60/65/70/75/80/85/90/95). Change the number in the 2nd box to have the respective weights changed.
The 2nd sheet is used to estimate progress with the 1RM calculator used in the ebook. Add a new row and insert your reps and weights for a session. Adjust the graphs to include the newly created row to have the graphs updated.
For a beginner like myself I find this foolproof to keep sessions simple and track progress.
