eating raw egg’s isnt a great idea tbh. If you are very unlucky you might get salmonella from uncooked eggs.

btw. here’s some tips how to eat food:

I watch this when i need to eat. I’m glad im not alone :)))
1. Does this guy not go to school or have a job?
 2. He spent $50+ on food that day
 3. 1 and 2 are irrelevant now cause he has a maid

i’d laugh at youre comments but they’ve been made like 50 times already. This vid should be called “If you mooch off your parents eat like this”

i’ve not changed any dosing or anything else for that matter. its getting really tough to slam my food. i’m relying on drinking egg whites and drinking whole eggs to get passed a few meals. fuck having to eat so much, so cumbersome.

^^funny you made this thread, yet you say this shit on another thread hahaha delete this thread please.
i didnt say i stopped eating i said its getting harder… same calories, same foods… now its all the sudden a huge chore to jam 2+lbs of meat down along with a dozen eggs and the other fats and carbs.

i’ll be sure to not post in the troll section next time… there’s a difference in a young 160lb kid saying he cant gain and a 223lb (guessing low teens BF%) experienced 26 year old.

and this go around was not a all out bulk. this diet was a lean bulk which i’d say worked out very well.

How was/is your experience with gear? How many calories do you have to eat daily?

I have the same problem. I don’t care what food tastes good, if it has high protein then its gold for me. But that also causes problems. It’s really just if you don’t have the time to do it it’s pretty hard.

after using gear once you’ll never go back. faster recover, never a bad workout, stronger, hit more reps… basically angels sing when i hit the doors of the gym. im not a monster by any means but its just nice to not have a shitty lifting day. but your gains are only as good as your diet.

never counted calories. just kept an eye on the mirror and scale.

normal day

6:50 - shake and 1 piece of fruit
7:75 - 6 whole eggs, 1/4 cup egg whites
10 - 8oz turkey and oils/peanut butter/nuts
12 - 8oz turkey , fats
2 - 10-12oz beef
5:30 - 10-12oz beef ~30g complex carbs
6 - 3 oreos (24g carbs), diet dew
6:30 - Workout - 10g BCAA
7:30 - cardio - 5g BCAA
8 - PWO shake - 35-40g pro 70-80g carbs
9 - 8-10oz beef, 30g complex carbs
11 - 6 whole eggs

if i stop gaining/look flat i may throw in an extra calorie dense meal. like a late night waffle house, double waffle and eggs
