do a little bit of cardio…like 20 minutes here and there…walk on the treadmill or ride the bike…it will up your appetite and you will simply get back to slamming the food you need to!

I hear ya man. I usually get a few weeks in before my body realizes what’s happening and shuts down my appetite completely. That’s when I start blending shit. Be careful with the eggs. I’m not suggesting that they’ll necessarily make you sick but I had problems a few years ago doing that. I must have gotten a bad egg because my body refused to digest eggs for a long time.
They’d sit in my stomach like a stone. Pretty painful. I basically developed an allergy in that my body started identifying egg protein as a threat. You’ll notice there aren’t many eggs in my diet still, years later. Really blows.
Anyway, if I had to suggest anything it would be more shakes. Also, try chicken in a food processor with some hot sauce or bbq sauce and keep a bag of that shit at the ready. No chewing necessary. Spoon, sip some water and swallow. Cheap and easy.

Is this a serious reply? If you’re going to bring that level of condescension you’d better back it up with some alternative mechanism for gaining weight. Dude is obviously trying to eat like he means business which means eating WAY more than your hunger would ever suggest.

Going for a walk helps, drinking water helps. Using whey protein helps–I mix it in food.

I never said to not eat but. I don’t see what the problem is to skip a meal or two and add back the calories when one is actually hungry. There is a bigger benefit to doing it this way because eating when one is not hungry is a waste of nutrition. It stores what is not needed at that time as fat as well as contributing to chronic inflammation.
