And this is my attempt after…a couple months ago, I think in Jan?? I hadn’t DL’ed super heavy for awhile…I’m so consistently inconsistent with my training, especially with squats and DLs…but no MAS!
I love static lunges! So I guess we’re the opposite Maybe cause Im taller, I have to take long steps and get dooown…come to think of it, ya, I do lose my balance more with the walking variety…
…the new list for IA is out this morning(individual augmentee)
There are 6 billets and Matt is # 8 on the list, and two people from his command are already medically dis-q’d…&%^ @#%
All we can hope now, is that his braces keep him from going… All he needs is a sig from the Doc saying he needs to stay and his command will back him up!
I guess I could rewind a bit…when you get to shore duty your name gets thrown into a sort of lottery of people needed overseas…mostly in Iraq or Cuba…duty is over a year long…he’s been making his way up the list ever since we’ve been here(2 yrs)

and so on til I hit 8 chins, then I started over til I got to 4 more chins, and I was wiped!
Then EDT-single arm OH tri ext.
I got 8 sets of 5 (15lb db)
Then BB complexes
Used just the bar for the first few, then added 10lbs to each side on the last 2…so 5 sets total, with 90s rest in between…
