I did a bunch of random stuff today…stuck indoors with the blizzard and all…
once an hour, I’ve done 10 of something…ten squats, ten pushups, ten jumping jacks, etc…haha
hoping to dig out of the snow to make it to the gym tomorrow…we’ve got well over a foot of snow and its still coming down!

I saw footage of the blizzard on the news… yikes! I actually like that idea… doing 10 of something every hour… I actually was doing something of a similar concept a while back… I would hop on the recumbant bike and do 2-3 intervals every other hour or so that I was home… (so maybe 5x throughout the day)… it only took about 3 minutes each time… but I wanted to test the effects…
however it proved to be annoying to do on a regular basis…e specially when I got busy. Would be interesting to see the results of doing it long term though! =D

I think we ended up with about 18 inches or so…it started to clear out about 8pm or so, you could see clear skies and it was like nothing ever happened!
Gonna see if I can make it to the gym today…If I can get squats in, I’ll be caught up! I’ll just keep doing what Im doing, but I’m fairly certain I’ll be getting a new training protocol in a couple weeks!!!
cottage cheese+avacado+salsa= breakfast of champions…salsa is a veggie right? or maybe a fruit. ![]()
