Hehe, thanks everyone…I keep threatening the hubby to start training before I get stronger than him… We are complete opposites which isn’t all bad, but sometime we don’t ‘get,’ each other…we support one another, but don’t always understand…

Hey you know what you could do, if you have sleds? You could do sled pulls with the kids. I’m sure they would love it. It would be win/win because you would get a great workout and they would be entertained. Since you are inside, maybe you could take a page out of jamie eason’s book and do deck of cards training.
You select a variable number of bodyweight exercises to do(10). Flip over 3 cards and do however many repetitions they add up to. Flip 3 more cards and do the same with the next selected exercise and so on. Depending on how hard you go and how long you want to go, you can go through the deck 1-3 times. Play around with it to see what works for you.
Replace rain with snow and this song is a winner.

Good training today…decided to do MP since I had leg day on Sunday…and the legs/glutes are still pretty toasty.
I think I messed up calculating new weights this cycle for shoulders…so I took it upon myself to bump the weight up a bit…
warmup, mobility, plank hold… 1m40s!!! I figured out a trick…if you squeeze your butt really hard, your core automatically tightens up as well…
