Guys,
I’ve been out of the Supp. world for a while and I would like to start taking some again. I used to use 4-AD with great results. Is 4-AD still the best? If not what is?

Even if it is the best… Its a banned supplement as far as I know.
It’s banned since january last year.
MAG-10 which Biotest sold was a more powerful supplement.

he’s referring to the new TRIBEX gold, so apparently that is more powerful that 4-AD-EC.
