Anyone Watch the World Combat League?

I know that a few of you know what it is, but I’m just curious as to what the audience is like on this site. Personally, I love it. I think it’s better than MMA, but that’s just my own tastes fighting taste. What about you guys?

Some good knockouts, but it reminds me too much of the TKD guys that think they can whip anyone’s ass, then reality sets in.

No. They’re two different types of fighting. WCL is straight martial arts, while MMA has submissions and body-to-body combat.

I know you’re messing around. And the WCL is a sort of kickboxing of sorts, sort of like sparring. I think it’s pretty sweet, but I might be alone on this.

Nah, it’s cool. Although, I’ve only caught it one time on TV, and watched a few clips on the Versus website.
It’s a fighting sport – what’s not to love?
Isn’t Chuck Norris one of the founders (or The founder)?

Yeah, Norris founded it. I try to catch it on TV, but the time slots always conflict with my schedule in some way. And that axe kick clip you linked is pretty sweet. It’s pathetic that he could get so many kicks off in one match; the other fighter must suck real bad.
