I got Betagen for 15 bucks from a friend.
Has anyone else used this product and liked it(or didn’t like it)?

Did he find it in an archeological dig? I ask because that shit’s pretty ancient. Old EAS creatine I believe.

I believe it has HMB in it too, I actually liked it when I first started lifting I of course had newbie gains, but it seemed to worth it at a cheap price, back then they were overcharging for it so it wasn’t worth it.

My bad. I didn’t think they made that anymore. Give it a try and see what you think. After you’re done with it just get Creatine and Surge from Biotest.

I remember those days. Is HMB useless? I have been doing some reading on it, but I never took it as a supplement.
laugh away, but that product has been one of the best additions i have had in gaining strength.
Sure you have to take it three times a day, but it really works!
for 15 bucks its a damn good buy.

I don’t think anyone ever said it’s useless. After all, it does contain creatine. The HMB part may be a waste, but anyone can benefit from creatine.
yeah i guess i was implying that just because its a super old product dont be less inclined to use it.
Especially with all the “new” and “improved” versions of creatine are out there ala…CEE and Kre-alka. these products are nothing but theorised crap!
