I’m 55 yo
Due to financial reasons (needs), I have to take on a part time gig.
My main gig is not physically fatiguing at all. Systems admin and mostly desk-bound. Mentally maybe sometimes. Almost 48 hours M-F
On Saturdays, I am working catering gigs. Right at or about 10 hours.
It is on my feet for at least 10 hours, bending, lifting, moving, lifting more, etc. To elaborate, I am a bartender for a wedding catering company. that means loading the truck, unloading at the gig, working the gig, packing the truck after, and taking things back to the shop.
That all being said, I am pretty achy on Sunday.
Just need to hear some suggestions on recovering or ongoing things you can suggest.
The shoes are good. Sleep is good.
Is there anything to vibration plates? Just something I could put my feet on for 15 minutes when I get back home on Sunday especially, and maybe a few times per week.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
