Anyone Tried The 100 Rep Program?

i am gonna start that and i am gonna aim at improving my shoulders and my biceps.

has anyone tried this program?

also, whats the difference between a hammer grip and supinated for bicep curls.

Yes, I have tried it for shoulders.It work well.If you have the time check out CT’s OVT(Optimal Volume Training)program. I lost strength on GVT. GVT 2000 is better, but OVT is best.I think it is on T-Nation somewhere or it is in The Black Book OF Training Secrets…peace,z

Oh, for the biceps, do you want to know for the GVT or for the 100 reps program?
