German Volume Training Critique Appreciated

Hey!

I am new to the forum and have tried to post this about 12 times by now-.- anyways. I have been into bodybuilding for about 2 years now but only the last year being serious. Up until now I have mostly gone with strength programs but thought I would give it a try to make some serious changes to my physique. I looked up a lot of different hypertrophy programs but GVT was the one that really stuck with me. I tried applying the program with own ideas but just ended up insecure about it all. So now I am reaching out to you much wiser ;). Anyways, If you could comment my program at all I would appreciate it ALOT! Any critique at all!

I think you have the right idea but Im not sure 10x10 on deadlifts is a safe idea. Its a great lift but not usually in volume if you want to avoid injury. Maybe substitute with some type of row. Good luck

ok, I’d definitely change that. Think a little bird wisperd something simular in my ear couple of days ago:)
Thanks!
