So i just got my first job ever at mcdonalds which i am very glad but will that affect my nutrition? No, I am not going to eat big macs all day long but i have tight Schedule: the boss me told i have 15 minutes of break for every hour after 3 hours. How am i supposed to keep up with my nutrition if i have to eat six meals a day? Any tips, brothers, fellas, bros?

You do not have to eat six meals a day.
I guess a protein shake in your backpack.
But yeah, you’ll probably be inhaling about 200 to 300 calories a day no matter what.
Do you have to eat six meals while you are there? It would seem that you only need a couple while working unless you are going to be banging out 16 hr. shifts.
yeah well when i’m saying 6 meals is 3 full meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) plus 3 snacks. Basically a meal every two or three hours. And i will be doing a 8 hour shift
Take some whey protein and mix it in a yogurt or a shake. Boom, instant protein shake. A tad high on the fat, but beats the QPs.
See if you can get grilled chicken only, like they use for the salads. Do they still have their wraps?
If it was me, I would do a shake and have a chicken salad.
Fuck
Just eat a premuim grilled chicken sandwich at each break
And squat and dead lift and you’ll turn into a boss.
Why do you have to eat 6 times a day? It’s not necessary to gain weight, and possibly/probably not even the best way.
Why can’t you bring your own food?
Is it new McDonalds policy that all employees must eat at least 1 big mac per shift?
Why can’t you just get a salad or something?
Why do you have to eat 6 times a day/eat their food/can’t bring your own food? I’m confused.
How long do you actually need to eat something? I remember working at a commercial animation studio in my 20’s, and as you can guess, no one was understanding of my eating habits. So I would sneak a can of tuna into the bathroom with me a couple of times each day, pop those tops, quickly shovel the contents into my gullet, rinse and discard the can, and return to my desk, mouth full o’ fish.
Obviously this was well before you had the countless choices of bars and shakes available that you do these days.

^^ eating in the bathroom sounds grosser than mcd’s food.
Don’t worry about it dude. I used to eat McDonald’s every day for years. Sometimes 3 times a day… As long as you aren’t just going for fries and pies and crap you should be fine. Just look at the nutrition info and try to get in as much actual meat as you can.
If their policy is the same as when I was there, you get one “free” meal per shift. Maybe it’s every 6 hour shift or something.
I’d say double quarter pounder if you just don’t care. Premium chicken sandwich if you kinda do. If you’re working breakfast, there’s plenty of eggs – poached (mcmuffins), scrambled (big breakfast), “folded” (biscuits and bagels).
How old are you? I imagine pretty young. You should be lifting hard and heavy often. Run some hills to get cardio in check. Then you can eat all the double cheeseburgers you want and the worst that happens is you will become built like Jim Wendler. I want to be built like Jim Wendler…

This. I was only 18 when I was eating all that MickeyD’s. I was still training for Rugby which involved a lot of cardio and I lifted in my own time on top of what we did at the school gym. If you’re young and active a little fast food won’t hurt. Your body will still be kept in check.
Tell your boss after a bit that you are hypoglycemic and you need to eat frequently. If you can get a dr to go along with that and get a note that is better.
Worth a shot.

True that.
When I was a teenager, every Thursday night after soccer training I would smash a large big mac meal, plus 2 cheeseburgers, an apple pie and a large chocolate shake. I did that for years and I still had a 6-pack.
Saying all that I wouldn’t recommend it.
