Hellow Fellow T-Maggers,
Was curious If anyone could add something better for bicep exercises besides the standard curling… Ive tried the bonsai to bamboo exercies and love the lazy man curls. But i just seem to be getting bored with the bicep movements… Love doing triceps exercise… Dips , close grip benching, love em… But when it comes to Bieceps I just seem to never “feel” the pump as with the tri’s. Always love hearing about some new method of taking out the cheating involved in curling… “hey bud you working out your back or your bi’s with them swinging curls?” … heh… as always thanks in advance. …( and yes Ive looked thru the search engine and all the old issues… just not impressed with bicpe exercises in general i guess).
