I’ve been doing a westside type program and i’ve been stuck with just cable pulls and stiff-legged deads and i do good mornings for my deadlift on separate days to my squat day. so is there any more good exercises for the hamstrings for variety?
my gym doesn’t have a glute ham raise or a reverse hyper.
Does anyone think the natural glure-ham raise is any good? cos i know big Dave Tate doesn’t think so.
