Hey guys, I’ve been doing static stretching after working out (often the day after) to get rid of soreness, but I’m wondering if you guys have any quick, full body, minimal equipment (if any) routines that I could do for overall mobility once or perhaps more a day. I feel like in some places I am getting less mobile so I just want to combat this. I have heard of the Defranco agile 8, anyone here recommend it?
Jump on an assault bike, pedal at an easy pace for 5-20min and breathe only through your nose
That will do more for your mobility than any stretch routine
