Any females taking tribulus?

I am a 25 year old female who weight lifts and runs, and I’m continually challenging myself in those areas. I’m really happy with my muscle gains, but have heard a lot about tribulus being able to enhance this(I know how it works in the body - no info about that please). I have a clean diet - quality protein, complex carbs, natural fats etc. which I strongly believe has helped but I know more is out there! I want to know how other women have found tribulus to affect their bodies, hormonally, with muscle, do you cycle it, how and why?

Erin, think long and hard before you mess w/your hormones. why would you want to increase MALE hormones in a FEMALE body? is a couple of pounds of muscle worth it? peace

Erin- Tribulus isn’t a good choice for women. In fact, I believe it was Bill Roberts who said it may not do anything at all for women because of some difference in female vs male physiology.

RE: to the above - I really do appreciate your advice but tribulus is in products formulated FOR women, especially for sex drive, pms, and infertility (though that’s not why I would take it). I know some women have probably used it for the same puposes that I intend to, and I would like to get feedback from them, if they’re out there!
