i have mechanics/structure that favor the front delt head during lifting…to the point that i never train it in isolation but it’s either the biggest of the 3, or tied with the lateral…
anyways, does anyone have experience with this? how did you adjust your workout to focus more on the other heads?
I don’t do any isolation for my front delts. I feel they get worked enough from all the pressing movements.
I do lateral raises however, and I always do rear delt work to keep those caught up.
